Australian fullblood producers are enjoying enormous market success around the world.  With Australian fullblood breeder registrations now exceeding 13,000 (2002-2010), and many females awaiting registration, the national fullblood Wagyu herd has clearly achieved the critical mass needed for global leadership in this premium gourmet market. 

No competing national herd anywhere outside Japan is now capable of delivering comparable DNA-certified product volume.
